The Cloisters is terrible

I lived here for one year while I was a student at Howard University.

$1600/month utilities parking to live with mice, rats, no maintenance service, and crappy management' I promise, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I regret it 100%.

Don't do it.

I left as soon as I could.
