These apartments aren't bad, but they not the luxary apartments they are advertised as. When I think luxary, I think no rodents and/or bugs, control over the air conditioning unit, and choice of a decent cable company. These are nothing more than decent city apartments, which I would have given a decent rating had they not been advertised as "luxary." I would live elsewhere...for this price, you could live in a REAL luxary apartment, with better management.
