OK, so you are probably wondering why and how I can call these "luxary apartments" in Foggy Bottom a glorified ghetto. Well, there's garbage in the hall, lots of noise, rats/mice all over the place, no control over when the A/C goes on and off, and for a long time, the most ghetto cable in the world.
