the staff is outrageously unpleasant, especially one woman from the rental office, about 40 years old, short and blondish hair; she was so rude to me!! plus they say they have luxury apts, wow that's joke there, the apts are big, but their mantenance sucks big time! it looks dull, dirty and its expensenve, so stay away from columbia plaza!
