i've lived here almost two years now and have had a number of problems. first, i feel like i'm living in a dorm. i'm out of college and frankly for this amount of money do not want to relive the parties on wednesday nights. walls are super thin and can hear everything my neighbors are doing. smoking is a huge problem and it permiates the walls and vents. fortunately, i only had a roach problem for the first couple of months but a monthy generous application of RAID has kept them at bay (dead roaches appear every so often but at least they aren't alive). i have heard horror stories about the other buildings (i live in A). parking is a total nightmare. it took them a week and a half to get me my access card. i've actually had success with maintenence. they respond quickly and actually replaced my toilet on the spot when they couldn't fix the old one. some of the front desk staff could be nicer but i've never had an actual issue with them. good for college students. they'd be better off selling to gwu, there's enough of them here anyway.
