Not bad, but noisy

If you live on the side facing the Kennedy Center, you better not be a light sleeper because the freeway is unbelievably noisy. Not too much noise from neighbors though. We had a balcony but didn't use it because the noise was unbearable. The management was very rude and often acted like I was inconveniencing them any time I asked for ANYTHING. Maintenance was pretty responsive and quickly took care of problems. We were on the second floor and did get a few mice in the unit right before we moved out - and we kept our apartment very clean at all times. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
