Fantastic location, perfect place to live

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 2 years and have no complaints. Our apartment is a HUGE 1BR/1BA with a fireplace, newly renovated kitchen, wall-to-wall carpet, and massive windows facing Conn. Ave, a courtyard, and the zoo. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately, the staff is very responsive to requests, and all the amenities you could ever need are provided. Clean, bright, new washers and dryers and located in each building. The buildings themselves are well-maintained and beautiful. I love my apartment! It's on the pricey side for a 1BR (there are only 5 like it in the entire complex), but it's worth it.
