I looked at a lot of places before settling on Connecticut Plaza. It's an old building and, for an apartment building, I'd say it's aged gracefully. I like the character, not to mention the really large closets and the overall apartment layouts. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs a lot of bathroom time though (small bathrooms). The location is great, but parking can be tough. However, if you can't find a space on one of the side streets, park on Connecitut and move your car early in the morning (before 7:00 a.m.). Some poor soul will already be heading to work.
