Singularly the crappiest place in a great neighborhood

Overpriced and crawling with cockroaches and mice. The office staff was discourteous and unhelpful.
In the spring, it's the invasion of the tourists headed for the National Zoo next door - so don't even think about trying to get into the local market for a quart of milk unless you really like explaining to out-of-towners that the currency in D.C. is exactly the same as it is in Iowa.
Much better places on Connecticut Avenue...just not this one.
