Very happy, but a little cramped

I am a current resident and looking to move because my apartment is kind of small for 2 people, plus I'm going to school in MD. Aside from the rent being high for the amount of space you get, I am very happy with Connecticut Plaza. I am actually wondering whether it is worth moving because all the "affordable" places that I've looked at have pretty awful ratings on this site, with roaches and bed bugs and jerky staff and so on. So don't be put off by the bad postings, because it is really quite pleasant here. And if you don't think so, then move already, there are plenty of people who would be happy to take your place.

Also, the complaints about mice and roaches must be about one of the other buildings in the complex, because there haven't been any problems in 2301 (knock on wood!)

The place either has an insect or pest problem or not. If so, who would want to deal with that for the high cost of rent that they charge in these places.
