Good Location or Not Bugs & Mice are Unacceptable in My Book!

It seems that the folks think that one mouse or one rat, or one roach is the way it should be. Not so. I have never put up with or lived with roaches in any apartment that I've lived in (Chicago). I'm very particular about cleanliness. So if they have bugs or pest they have a problem. No thanks.
