Location: 5/5
Staff: 4/5 (Front desk is nice, but they sometimes forget to notify you on deliveries)
Cleanliness: 3/5 (Large vents in kitchen and bathroom leave apartment very dusty)
Price: 2/5 (The building is rent controlled but they will hike your rent up the maximum amount by law)

Side Note:
There was a roach problem. It was so bad they put my neighbor in a hotel for two weeks. Also, the washers and dryers frequently break.
