Utilitarian but Clean Bldg and Responsive Staff

This building is nice in that there is plenty of street parking (although you can pay for underground parking too), the maintenance people are responsive, and they keep the building clean pretty much. But it's very utilitarian and boxy (lacks character) and the hallways are dark and icky and the carpet's nasty in the hallways too. I think that painting the balconies on the outside would make the bldg 10 times better looking. There is someone at the front desk 24 hrs/day which is great.
