I have been living here for a few months now. it is spacious and does have hard wood floors, but when you move in exspect to have to clean beacuse they DO NOT clean in between tennents. there was hair and pee on the toilet and filth on the floor. it is safe, but keep in mind if you dont tell the door man who is on duty when your friend is coming they will be asked to stand outside while you come down and let them in; even after you tell them yes i'm exspecting them please let them in. the roaches are insain. i keep my apartment very clean and yet there are still roaches big and small. oh and the rats there are rats too. there has been a big puddle under the carpet in the hallway for four days so i'm assuming soon enough there will be mold too. the one nice thing is that the doormen and the fixer guys are very nice, but that nightime door man the older gentalman clueless completly on his own planet.

Big big rats near the back entrance. Do NOT ever put trash or recycles out at night. Those things are the size of cats and will scare the heck out of you when they jump out of the dumpster.
