I lived At crestwood for about 3 months total. While their management team is better than other apartments such as raintree and glenwood, it still leaves much to be desired. They had serious problems with carbon monoxide leaks in multiple units and were negligent in fixing the problem. The solution during my time living there was to remove the doors of hallways in all of the condos. Oh yea, and if they tell you they are going to waive a late fee make sure you get it in writing.

Interesting, I lived here for three years and didn't run into these problems. I agree with the comment on the management team, but did feel the property manager was helpful.
