beautiful place, but get cats

I have lived here for a few months and am moving because I need a cheaper place on my own. I have lived here with two cats the entire time I've been here, and I live in one of the corner units by the trash chute, and I've never seen a roach or a mouse. But that's because I have two cats. The advantage is that you don't have to pay a pet deposit or monthly pet rent, which is phenomenal! I loved that the units were all utilities included, and my balcony was HUGE! So was the rest of the apartment, for that matter, at about 950 sqft, and I just didn't want to pay for it alone. My living room was massive, and I used my dining room as an office, had a huge walk in closet, and I had a very very large bedroom with ample closet space. I'd recommend this place if you can manage the rent either alone or with someone else, but it was just too tough for a graduate student.
