Trying to get maintenance into the apartment is very hard. Having meaningful items in our apartment we ask that the maintenance personal do not come in without us being here. I work nights and sleep during the day time so I ask them to call me and wake me up before coming over. I never get calls from them, and they never show up. I have to track them down and talk to them personally and then after a few times of doing that, Marco finally comes over. Eric and Michael don't ever seem to care about the maintenance in the apartments, I hardly ever see Michael, and Eric i only see cleaning the grounds. Marco is the only one that we will allow in.

I recently just called about my clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. The response I got was that we have another sink to use so its not an emergency. The other sink is the bathroom sink which is half the size and not sanitary. We are not happen with the way the maintenance is. As I said Marco is the only good maintenance guy, even though it takes a few times of reminding him to come over.
