First of all,management needs to be replaced.Wanda Scrivner(The property manager),walks around like she's doing the tenants a favor just by showing up for work!Ask for a maintenance request,don't hold your breath.It's infested with virmin and cockroaches,trash rooms are overflowing,the service overall is horrible!! But don't be a day late with rent,or you weill wind up in landlord/tenant court!

Some of the neighbors are rude and extremely noisey,you have to step over the crackheads to enter the building.Stay Away from this horrible building!!!Find somewhere else to live!
