Overall, I've been here a few months and it's fine. Not thrilled but not disappointed. Pros (in no particular order) are nice renovated gym, sizable laundry facility, convenient bus lines, proximity to Admo/U street/Dupont, big grocery store net store, sq footage of apt, nice rooftop, views from apt windows, maintenance and building staff. Cons are 1) paper-thin walls where I live. I can hear everything my neighbors do. I feel like I live in a group house. 2) kitchen amenities - in bad need of updating 3) bugs - battled roaches this summer, but they seem to be gone. Basically, as with most things (unless you get lucky with a rent-controlled unit), you get what you pay for.
