Pros

Has two elevators. Parking. Coffeeshop on the ground floor. Balconies with a great view. Spacious. W/D & Dishwasher. The location is execellent, right across from Hanks Oyster Bar on 16th. On the same block you have a drycleaners, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a hardware store, numerous restaurants and cafes; within walking distance of whole foods, dupont circle, dupont circle metro, u street, logan circle, and even more restaurants. The staff is nice and responsive. The building is well taken care of. All 1 bedrooms have a den, so that can act as a second bedroom if necessary.

Cons

Firetrucks occasionally go by on 17th.
Water pressure seems a little weak (but bearable).
Ceilings are low (but bearable).

All in all, its a nice well taken care of place.
