| 09/26/2012 | I love Elevation 314! I've lived here for just over a year and have no plans to move unless I decide to buy. The location is superb - across the street from Metro and in between the Takoma DC downtown and the Takoma Park, MD downtown. The neighbors are great - as others have posted, there is a true sense of community here, down to folks using the e-mail listserv to ask to borrow cooking ingredients or to let someone know that they left their car headlights on.
