Pros - Really thick walls (I never hear anyone unless I'm in the halls), 2 blocks from the Meteo and Watergate (Safeway, dry cleaners, nails, etc.), underground parking garage
Cons - When things break it takes a LONG time for them to get fixed. The air conditioning in the building was broken the last couple of weeks in May when it was in the 80s and 90s, and it wasn't fixed for about two weeks. Right now the front door is broken so sometimes people with keys can't get in and sometimes people without keyes can. Since the door is "custom made," they say it will take "a while" to be fixed.
