Great location less than a block from the Metro - couldn't ask for anything more convenient. I agree with that other poster the walls are really thick - that being said you will still run into A LOT of college kids on the elevator, which is to be expected being that it is basically on GW's campus. Garage parking is also available which is nice for those with cars. This place seems very safe they have a camera over the front door and you need a key "fab" to get into the building. Love the key fab!
