the elise was a pretty solid place to live. NO BUGS OR MICE EVER...I never in the entire building so a roach or anything. They had a good number of washers and dryers...though you had to put in a dryer load twice sometimes. The AC was not as powerful as I would have liked, but wasnt that bad. THe manager lives on site, and was incredibly helpful and nice. She would always answer any of your questions and was really sweet. The walls are thick, and for the most part the place was quiet. The location is pretty good too. Right across the street from the metro, and near Watergate, etc. I think its a great first place to live in DC, or if you are student.
