The location of this building is excellent. The metro is a 1 minute walk away, clubs, bars, restaurants, shopping and convenient/grocery stores are all located within 10 minute walk distance.

Also, the building manager is very helpful and attentive to the residents. She convinced me immediately to take an apartment there. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the perfect apartment.

Overall, my experience there was pleasant.
