This apartment is in the ideal location for a student or someone who needs to be downtown for work. It is right next to the metro, grocery store, hospital and is very safe.

Being new to the city, the landlord, Wendy, really made me feel at home. She was available for anything I needed at any time and is a great "second mom" to any one who walks into her door. Any maintenance issue I had was solved the day I told her about it and the grounds were kept clean every day.

The apartment was wonderful, but I would definately say out of any other place i have lived, Wendy is an exceptional landlord that really made my experience at the Elise great.
