Cons: -the noise level is unreal. I can hear everything my neighbors are watching on TV or on their loud stereo system. - ROACHES. - Building is in the midst of being sold. Probably will turn co-op soon. - The equipment in the weight room is a joke. 1 broken treadmill, a broken stairmaster, the list goes on. Seriously the only thing that works in there is the elliptical. And you have to fight people to get to use it. - the staff is HORRENDOUS to deal with. I've called with requests that have not been taken care of for 2 weeks! I only asked them to slide some information under my door. (which i shouldnt have to call and remind them about). This is not exactly a difficult request. There have been times my rent checks have gone missing. And there's a very surly guard at the front desk. She's the worst to deal with when you have a package. -Also dont tell us that we have "tennis court access" when there's a tennis pro who lives in the building and takes up all the tennis courts every afternoon so we're forced to drive elsewhere to find a place to play. Pros: No security deposit. Indoor pool.
