Poor, inept management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   management/rental office staff are superficially pleasant but exceedingly unhelpful, unable to provide information, and inept and unprofessional in terms of getting things done and informing residents in advance of scheduled changes in availability of key services and amenities such as the fitness center. While renovations are laudable, not providing advanced information so residents can make other arrangements is inexcusable. As someone with significant management experience, excuses provided are flimsy at best. Although the location is good I will not renew my lease unless there is a marked and sustained improvement.
