Typically, when you are looking to move in, or actually handing over your check, they couldn't be nicer. Then the facade fades away and the usual rudeness is commonplace. Three calls to the corporate office went unreturned. Corporate should focus on management training instead of their bottom end. There seem to be better choices in the area.
