I have lived at Elsinore for about 5 years. I have been trying to get out do to roaches and mice taking over. The children jumping up and down on the cars. The rental office not caring to fix anything but very quick to take your money each month. The only reason I have been here so long is because the rent is ok. (It's mainly the new residents that make the apartments worthless they allow anyone to move in). Crack heads fighting and drug dillers in the bulding. What ever you do dont move here unless you like GHETTO!!!

I have applied for a one bedroom apartment here. I don't know if I was denied or not. They claim to have sent me a letter and will not tell me anything about it.
