Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The building is very old but the rooms are nice enough. The wood floors are nice but the kitchens are very small. There are a lot of students in the building, which is annoying. The building management is very helpful and friendly. The rent is cheap for the neighborhood. Many rooms have a bug problem. The heating works well but the AC is miserable in the summer. There is NO parking at any time during the year. Don't even try. Overall a cheap place to call home while at University.
