This company (Cafritz) has extremely shady business practices. They are incompetent, know it, and utilize their incompetence to 'legally' suck money from your wallet. They did not file paperwork 'on time' and instead charged for two additional months after I had already LEFT residency and turned in my keys. Rather than contact me regarding the matter, they just let it slip for their 'grace' 30 day period. THEN they sent the collection to a collections agency, who is now trying to r*pe my wallet as much as they can and are threatening all kinds of crazy things.
Additionally, the Cafritz Company Property Managers refuse to even address what happened, nor speak to me in a non-threatening combative tone. The entire company, top down, is full of lazy, incompetent trash. They KNOW that I left residency, but due to a loophole in the lease, they are still charging me for two months where they could not fill the apartment - so this is how they are trying to recoup their losses. And for the tenant' there is no recourse whatsoever.
