If you don't mind mice and roaches, this is the place for you. From: dcdrogers Date posted: 9/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've lived here for 1 year and it is not the best of places to live. I've lived in rougher neighborhoods, but I have never had a problem with mice or roaches. This place is swarming with thim. I've tried bombs, mice traps, raid and professional strenght stuff. And still the roaches will NOT leave. And I'm going to even talk about the mice droppings througout the apartment. If you have children, please consider there health before you decide to move here.
