Trifling Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in this complex and it started off discouraging with the amount of roaches that infested my apartment. I moved in on a Saturday in July and didn't get my lease until a month later. The carpet in the apartment was stained, raggedy and management didn't want to do anything about it, but take it up and have me pay for new carpet. The gas was extremely expensive due to Ft. Chaplin's system needing maintenance. The heat would not come on until the thermostat reached 85 degrees. Management never kept up with my rental payments, very unprofessional. When asked questions regarding my rental payments, I would get an "I don't know" or a "I'll call you back," yet no call back, but blame put on previous manager. Looks nice on the outside, but a lot of disappointment on the inside.
