i have lived here for almost four years, at the time i was young and couldn't get approved for other apts... I have had problems with mice and roaches but this only happen when my neighbors were moving and they exterminate the apts... the positive is: great place to stay until you get your financial situation together, my rent is very affordable, close to the metro, parking, fast food, supermarket, dc address, close to 295 and 395, rental office doesn't bother you.... the negative: rental staff can be very rude and unprofessional/ ghetto, some rodent problem, kitchen isn't up to date- meaning; no dishwasher, etc, washers n dryers are expensive and doesn't seem very clean, crime and vandalize to cars, and the neighbors depending on what side you live on, seem to have lived in a prison before moving into these apt..... my living experience have been worst in dc and i was living in NW...so all and all, i would recommend if this is just a stop off point..
