Yes, I also had mold/mildew on my window ledge. A few days after I moved in, I composed my own Tenant Move-in Inspection Report and noticed toys and debris under the radiators. The radiator in the living room was tilted from the wall, and the refrigerator was not clean, i.e., it still had food inside. The manager in the leasing office told me to clean the apartment. She had the audactity to tell me how she cleans her apartment and the type of cleanser she uses. I moved out of the building. The property manager is no better. Anytime of the day or night there is the sound of gunfire. Safety - It is the pits!!!
