I lived there when Ms. Graham was the resident manager and I didn't have any problems. No, it was not perfect, i.e., the security gate didn't always work, but better than some other complexes in the area.

I first lived in 4640 MLK with a room mate and then decided to move out and get my own place. I began living there when Ms. Graham was the property manager and she was the best, I loved her and the property. I lived there for approximately 6 to 7 years and never had a problem with roaches, mice, disturbances. It was very peaceful! You make it what you want.
