The space is ample. Huge windows and wall to wall carpeting is a plus. Love the breakfast bar, dining room chandelier, and how there is a laundry facility in every building. Maintenance will fix things the same day you call as long as it's before 11 AM. Parking is only an issue if you get home late at night.
The biggest problem with Frienship Crossing is that Ms. Williams and Ms. Diggs are either late or not there on Saturdays. There have been quite a few Saturdays in which I went down to pay my rent and NO ONE is in the office. (And forget about slipping rent money through the door slot. I want a receipt right away each time and every time I have to give away a large amount of money!) You would think since rent is due, they would make the effort to show up ON TIME every first Saturday of the month. And there have been MANY incidents during the week where I went to the office as soon as they were suppose to open and no one was in the office. 10 minutues later, still no one. 20 mintues, still no one. 40 minutues later, still no one. It's ridiculous.
Oh. And did I mention that there are cockroches' Ugh! At least for the most part, they tend to hang out in the basement or front door steps at night.
