Great building

The Frontenac is clean and the building management is very responsive. The prices are reasonable for the size and location. It's about a 7 minute walk to the Van Ness Metro. Nice hardwood floors and thick walls. I can never hear my neighbors! I wish the apartments had dishwashers and garbage disposals, but I guess that's part of the reason the prices are a bit lower.
