This building has old world charm with a complete updated maintained look. The apartments still have high ceilings, bookcases, sun porches, and interesting nooks and crannies! The Management is soooooooo good - attentive, responsive, and always with a smile. The Resident Manager has always responded very well to me - trying hard to make me a happy tenant. The Kitchens have been updated, the Lobby is lovely and the grounds are well-maintained. The location is the best; on the Avenue near grocery stores, cleaners, drug stores, but also restaurants, and shops. The Van Ness Metro down the street, a Bus stop just outside your door and of course, you can always grab a cab! I just love living here!
