Like living in the nicest hotel you ever stayed in

This place is nicer than anywhere you will ever live (though believe me, you're paying for it!) Seriously-if you have a maintenance request (we haven't had very many) they will be up here within hours. There is a free breakfast (bagels and pastries) every morning and fresh-baked cookies every afternoon. You're less than 2 blocks from the Metro, a CVS, ATMs and any kind of restaurant you can think of; you're a 10-minute walk from Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and Cleveland Park. The gym is somewhat lacking compared to the big new apt complexes that have tv's on every cardio machine, but really, you can't complain. If you're out of town, they will come up and feed your cat and play with her too, for free. They treat you like royalty. Only problem--you're paying through the nose. But it is ridiculously safe and convenient. If it weren't for wanting to save money to some day, hopefully, be able to afford a condo or house, we'd stay here!
