When we signed our lease, the building was known as the Henry Adams House, and the staff was professional and very kind. I have fond memories of them. Once Gables purchased the building, I did notice a regression in the quality of the staff.
We looked at several buildings in NW and this presented us with the 3 most important criteria on our wishlist: Pet Friendly, In-unit W/D, and a Balcony. It felt rediculously safe and we were the first tenants to occupy our unit. The gym was small but serviceable and neer very busy.
The only drawback was the school. Our unit faced the kids and it was obnoxious at times. One thing I didn't realize I would miss so dearly is the covered, always available parking. Overall, it made for a nice transition to the city from the South.
