I wish I could say my own experience has improved, but it hasn't. Perhaps I have a bad unit or maybe the building overall has issues - I can only speak for my own experience - but I still have consistent problems with major utilities. Tonight I returned from a business trip to freezing temperatures and no heat; this has happened before and has been paired with no hot water. The staff in the building are very nice and polite and have always tried to be helpful, but the problems have not been resolved. The bottom line is that I am paying "luxury" rent from consistent, major problems. I honestly do not know what I will do tonight, as there isn't a hotel room to be had with the inauguration upcoming.
