The building and apartments are clean and you can't beat the neighborhood. But the management is rude and extremely incompetent. They moved the management office so that it's right in the lobby, which essentially renders the common areas around it useless. The power failures are outrageous, and no, they definitely do not seem to be too bothered by the fact half the building is routinely sitting in the dark. There are so many other buildings in the area. I'd look at those.
