Having recently moved in I was very concerned with the reviews. However there are not many pet friendly buildings to choose from, so we took a chance. The building is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly and efficent. The location can't be beat, one short block to the metro and easy access to Rock Creek Parkway if you need to drive. Underground parking is a big plus and a rooftop deck for sunset views. Also the building is adjacent to a beautiful neighborhood with tree lined streets for pleasant walks.
