Its a shame because its a great old building that is going to ---- because of mismanagement. Have been here for close to 5 years and have seen a steady decline in the caliber of managerial employees. Horrible communication--have had numerous phone calls & messages go unanswered. Keep making "upgrades" to the building (i.e. a fob at front door, landscaping, furnishing the lobby, and a new fence around the pool) while they manage to miss the bricks falling off the structure itself, and not running exhaust fans (thus trapping all sorts of smells). It was so clean and has remained clean, but not to the standard it was once held. Rent keeps getting raised despite a soft renters market and no improvements to apartments themselves, only exterior. If I were to leave, it would most DEFINITELY be due to poor management.
