I've been a resident of the Garfield House for a few years now, and I've been pretty satisfied with my experience. I currently rent a studio apartment, and have been pleased with the fixtures in my apartment (newer appliances, ample closet space). The management staff is friendly, and my maintenance requests generally are completed the same day. The company has been making improvements to the building, including a renovated pool (big draw for me) and upgraded entry system. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if I do, it won't be because of any issues/problems with the building or staff.
