maintenance SUCKS. i spent 2 months with a hole in my ceiling. the AC leaks constantly, my apartment never stays cool in the summer, my bathroom is constantly like a sauna, there are bugs, my shower leaks, my smoke detector goes off every time i try to use the oven, i saw a guy who lives here piss in the elevator, the elevators are slow and often broken... do yourself a favor and stay away!
