I loved my time at Gelmarc Towers. Yes, the building is old and there is not enough parking but the location is brilliant and the manager was very attentive to any requests/needs that I had. It is hundreds of dollars cheaper than other buildings in the area. It is located between Dupont Circle and Adam's Morgan, making it convenient to getting to just about anywhere in the city. I certainly hope to live in the building again when I return to DC!!
