This building has a severe roach problem and consistent problems with leaky A/C units. I am constantly sweeping up plaster that has fallen from the ceiling. The maintenance staff is nice and responds promptly, but usually does a shoddy job of repairing whatever the problem is. The resident manager is very nice, but Gelman Management Company is a nightmare to deal with.
